Making Visions Reality

Ally White has been creating art, in many forms, almost her entire life.  Not only does she paint, she does graphic art, photography, photo restoration, and living sculptures.
In addition to her artistic talents, she's a published writer, public speaker, videographer, singer, and songwriter.
She's best known for bright colors, and darker themes.

Ally uses a wide variety of mediums from oils, pencils, pens, to acrylic. She has individually produced a line of furniture as well as a line of unique jewelry.  As a child, her mother had a jewelry business, and Ally always wanted to follow in those footsteps.  That's just one example of making visions reality.

Recently, Ally has been trying to get back to her roots. As a child she was inspired by artists like Salvador DalĂ, Pablo Picasso, and Georgia O'Keeffe. These influences are prevalent in most of her work. She had spent the past few years trying to please others with her creativity. As a result, she lost part of herself. Her latest work is a reflection of self re-discovery.

Every piece is carefully crafted.  If you look closely, you'll find that each piece is riddled with secrets, and hidden messages.
Ally was born outside of Chicago, Illinois.   She lived in numerous locations around the United States over the years. Her passion for abstract art was kindled in Iowa City, Iowa during her formative years. It's a passion she's carried with her ever since.

Like many artists, Ally has incredibly vivid dreams. She uses them as inspiration for her art.  Sometimes she'll ponder an idea for months before actually attempting to create it.
Dolphin Dreams was created after a trip to Florida.
Ally has been expanding her portfolio, and stepping outside of her comfort zone recently. After many requests for darker art, she reached deep into the darker side of her mind, and has had some interesting results.
Ally has also been branching out into more classic forms of art like the simple beauty of the female form.

Ally has always been known for her bright, and bold color combinations. Her abstract pieces have always been a source of stress relief, and joy.
